Cascade Subaru Brings Gifts of Comfort to Confluence Patients

Some gifts offer comfort in more ways than one.

Through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative, Cascade Subaru Wenatchee continued its annual tradition of partnering with Confluence Health to deliver plush blankets to Confluence Health patients receiving cancer treatment.

For many patients in treatment, they face long days, difficult appointments, and uncertainty. These blankets are not just a comforting gift, they are a symbolic reminder that they are surrounded by care — from their healthcare team, their loved ones, and a community that is thinking of them. They are a source of warmth, encouragement, and a reminder that no one drives this road alone.

One caregiver shared a story that beautifully captured the impact of this gesture. A patient receiving cancer treatment had a road trip on their bucket list. When they received their blanket, they said they planned to bring it along — something warm to have with them on the journey.
