Confluence Health Foundation Staff

Abel Noah

Vice President, Executive Trustee

Abel has served as the Executive Trustee of the Confluence Health Foundation since he moved to the Wenatchee Valley from Oklahoma in 2004. Abel strongly believes that an exceptional community deserves exceptional healthcare, and during his tenure he has focused on developing high-quality philanthropic programs that will benefit the region for many years to come. In his free time, Abel enjoys watching football and basketball, undertaking home-improvement projects, and traveling with his wife, Rhonda.

Karen McCart

Foundation Specialist

Karen is an East Wenatchee native. She joined the Foundation in 2013 after spending 22 years at Central Washington Hospital in various capacities. Karen is the friendly face at the front desk that always has time to help, and her knowledge of the organization is surpassed only by her knowledge of the community. In addition to managing the day-to-day affairs of the office, she coordinates the scholarship programs, plans the annual Spirit of A.Z. Wells Gala, and serves as the clerk to the Board of Trustees. Additionally, she’s an active member of the Rotary Club of Wenatchee and the Women’s Service League of North Central Washington. When Karen isn’t at work or serving her community, she’s watching local sporting events, supporting her family business, and enjoying quality time with her husband, Tony, and kids, Ashley and Megan.

Megan Parish

Resource Development Associate

Megan moved from the Midwest to the Pacific Northwest in 2007. After 10 years in Oregon, she moved to Wenatchee to join the Confluence Health Foundation. In her role, Megan works to increase the impact and visibility of the Foundation. She is responsible for writing and managing grants for both the Foundation and Confluence Health and for directing development initiatives that move the Foundation’s mission forward. In addition to her work at the Foundation, Megan is involved with local efforts that support the health and wellbeing of community members, including serving as co-chair on the NCW Mobility Council and board member for the Women’s Resource Center. On the weekends, you’ll find Megan either in the mountains trail running, skiing, and rock climbing, or painstakingly renovating her 1920s orchard house with her partner, John.

Adele Haley

Gift Shop Administrator

If you’ve spent any time at Central Washington Hospital, you’re sure to know Adele, the spunky Expressions Gift Shop Manager. The daughter of an East Wenatchee orchardist, Adele has roots that grow deep in the Wenatchee Valley. Her commitment to serving the community has been demonstrated by her long-time involvement with the Applarians. Adele manages a team of more than 22 gift shop volunteers and ensures that hospital staff and patients have access to a well-curated supply of cards, gifts, treats, and flowers. In her free time, you can find Adele and her husband, Pat, getting a laugh out of their four grandchildren as well as their three kids, Kim, Jesse, and Alex.
