Karen McCart

Foundation Specialist

Karen is an East Wenatchee native. She joined the Foundation in 2013 after spending 22 years at Central Washington Hospital in various capacities. Karen is the friendly face at the front desk that always has time to help, and her knowledge of the organization is surpassed only by her knowledge of the community. In addition to managing the day-to-day affairs of the office, she coordinates the scholarship programs, supports financial operations, and serves as the clerk to the Board of Trustees. Additionally, she’s a member of the Rotary Club of Wenatchee. When Karen isn’t at work or serving her community, she’s watching local sporting events, enjoying quality time with her husband and kids, and adoring her grandson, Jackson.

Megan Parish

Resource Development Associate

Megan moved to Wenatchee to join the Confluence Health Foundation in 2017. In her role, she leverages her love of storytelling to connect donors and stakeholders with the mission-driven work of the organization. Megan’s passion for the Foundation’s work stems from her public health background and belief that access to high quality healthcare is essential to the wellbeing of all communities. Since moving to the region, Megan has cultivated a deep appreciation for the community she has chosen to call her home. She is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference through her work and through her service as a board member for the Women’s Resource Center.  Megan and her partner, John, spend their weekends exploring peaks and valleys of the Cascades and enjoying the company of friends and family.
