Employee Giving

Employees have additional ways to give to the Confluence Health Foundation.

Payroll Deduct

Employees can donate a part of their paycheck on a re-occurring basis. Over time, ongoing donations have the potential to make a big impact!

The Payroll Deduct Form can be found on Confluence Health’s Pulse employee intranet.

Paid Time Off Cash-Out

At the end of each year, employees with unused paid time off (PTO) have the option of donating between one and 80 hours’ worth of pre-taxed time off to the Confluence Health Foundation.

Indicate your charitable intentions on the Cash Out Change Notification & Request Form found on the Confluence Health Pulse employee intranet.
