Confluence Health Foundation Trustee Spotlight: Carin Smith

Meet Carin Smith, a dedicated member of the Confluence Health Foundation Board of Trustees since 2017. Carin’s energy, curiosity, and thoughtfulness have been invaluable, strengthening the Foundation’s impact year after year. Whether she’s exploring distant corners of the globe or trekking along local trails, Carin brings the same passion and sense of wonder to her role as a trustee.

Driven by a genuine desire to make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone in our region, Carin entrusts Confluence Health to ensure she can keep adventuring. She explains, “I trust Confluence Health with my regular wellness care as well as for times I may be injured or ill. I recently had major back surgery and was so glad that we have excellent surgeons and great care right here.” Carin’s personal experiences reinforce her commitment to ensuring that exceptional healthcare remains available to the community.
