Certification Scholarships

The Confluence Health Foundation will reimburse up to 80 percent of some employment-related certification exam fees based on the availability of funding. This funding is made possible by generous donations from caring people in our community.

Applications must be submitted within 90 days of passing the certification examination. Funding is limited and scholarships are not guaranteed.

Criteria

Award
Certification National clinical and nursing certifications relevant to position (does not include ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NCLEX, etc.)

  • Exam and test fees related to certification only (does not include study material or pre-certification costs)
  • Currently employed at CWH, CH, or WVH for at least one year
  • Initial certifications only; re-certifications are not eligible
  • No funds will be provided by the Foundation if certification is necessary and/or required for current position
  • Applicants must submit passing exam results, a receipt for payment, and a completed application within three months of the exam date.
 Certification fees will be reimbursed at 80%

* once proof of exam passing, receipts for exam purchase, and complete application have been received and approved by the CH Foundation.
