Helping Our Peers in Emergencies (HOPE Fund)
The HOPE Fund assists fellow Confluence Health employees in times of extraordinary financial crisis. Support can include help with rent, food, or utilities.
The HOPE Fund is fully funded by employee donations. Many employees elect to support the HOPE Fund through ongoing payroll deductions. In addition, proceeds from the annual employee basket raffle, “jeans days,” food-service donation jars, and some on-campus scrubs sales benefit the HOPE Fund.
Employees can find program guidelines and a support-request form on the Pulse intranet. Employee Health Services coordinates the request review committee, which is made up of employees from throughout the organization. Applicants, situations, and the value of assistance are kept confidential.
